I have been using Ping Segars Salon for over 10 years, and love everyone there. All the stylists are professional, friendly, and absolutely worth however long/far a drive it takes to get there. Ping is my stylist and I highly recommend her, as well as every other member of the Salon team.
Would NEVER recommend this salon for a haircut. I decided to try this salon to treat my self after reading so many wonderful reviews but am still shocked and saddened at my experience here. I paid for a haircut and blowdry, but was somehow in my stylist's chair for less than 10 minutes. She said she cuts hair better dry so I told her to go for it thinking she would wash and blowdry after. Not at all! She cuts my hair which is by far the choppiest, botched job I've ever received. Jaylee is an amazing stylist and always does a great job on my hair. The entire shop is built around comfort and making it easy to relax. Every smile I shared got one returned. No sour attitudes every time I have gone.
I don’t like people very much, and no one here has ever made me feel uncomfortable or like they’re just trying to a get a job done, when I didn’t have the right answer for how I wanted my hair they asked questions I could better answer, so thank you Maddie and Abby and of course the lady at the front desk always answering phones, thank you for being a great place and making me feel welcomed (those are photos from it being freshly and then little fading and another touch up)
Jennifer did an Amazing job on my full highlight and haircut! She gave me my blonde back, and left my hair feeling healthy and happy. thank you, girlie! 😍
