We read the lone stellar review for this restaurant and decided to try it. We saw a racially mixed crowd and that's always good. The food was okay, but the service was POOR. It was slow. We ordered drinks that we never got. The original waitress never came back to check on us. The other waitress noticed and picked up the slack for her. And nobody closed out our ticket. They never gave us our check. We had to go to the register and request it. It wasn't busy. So there's no excuse.
Me and my wife have been coming to the Ping House for years and I think their food is fantastic. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, but best of all, the food tastes amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for some great food. As a plus, they've recently remodeled the whole restaurant!
