Dr. Ping Gu was cold,dismissive and condescending on my first and only visit. He offered minimal or one-word answers. He has poor interpersonal skills. My appointment felt rushed. He appeared agitated-unengaged when asked direct questions about my diagnosis. I felt disrespected and bias vibes. He even wrote on "my chart"patient had alot of questions... This Dr. acts like a machine and treated me like a number. Never went back.
They saved my life. They make my monthly infusions a pleasant experience. The staff is unbelievably compassionate. Even though cancer sucks they make it more pleasant. Also thank you Dr Gu. This my medical support dog violet she was born in march the same time I was diagnosed.
