It was a hard day last Friday and the staff at Pineywoods were so kind. I recommend this team and they will be my go to clinic for future needs.
Dr Hafernick is very kind and caring. He was very patient and comforting with our precious Heidi and us during her last days. He gave meds so she was comfortable and could leave this world peacefully at home. I very much appreciated his compassion. His staff were also very compassionate, caring, and helpful during this time.
My husband and I rescued a lab about a year ago and recently moved to the area. We had no idea how old she was but from what we could tell had to be over 10 years of age. She was partially deaf,and going blind and got to the point of not being able to stand without help in her back area, started pottying on herself and wouldn't know it. She was in constant pain and had been on Tramadol for most of the time we had her. We had to make a Sunday after hours visit and Dr. Hafernick is wonderful!!!! Very happy and will continue to use him for all my animal care!!!
