My son is about to turn 16 and Dr. Huggins has been his pediatrician since birth. When he was 15 months old (why I didn't write a review before now I don't know) he came down with Bell's Palsy, with the right side of his face paralyzed. I went to the ER, then called Dr. Huggins, hysterical. (The ER said it was Lyme's Disease!) Use caution if you do allergy testing at @PineyWoods Pediatrics in Nacogdoches. We’ve seen Dr. Huggins since our girls were babies and love her care, but after our last well visit in February, I feel misled and frustrated with how the billing was handled for allergy testing. At the visit, Dr. Huggins recommended allergy testing, which they now offer in-office. I asked about the cost. Rosa, the office manager, said it usually falls under the copay.
