I called to schedule a wellness exam for my daughter and they got her in the next day. The staff were very helpful and kind. We saw Kristin Robinson and she was amazing. She listened to all of our concerns and was great with our daughter. She even gave her a goody bag at the end of the visit. After years of searching for a Doctor who actually seemed interested in our daughter’s health, I can finally say we found one!
Doctor Huggins and the staff was extremely kind to squeeze a visit for my 1 1/2 month old baby girl that came down with a cold (Covid). We live in Houston and I actually came to nacogdoches to visit my parents and try to avoid getting her sick (her father had a cold) and both of us ended up sick anyway. My baby had a 101 fever which was very concerning. The staff was amazing and super caring towards my baby and the doctor explained everything very well to us. My husband and I have trusted Pineywoods Pediatrics with our daughter’s care since birth. The staff is extremely warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Today we saw NP Kristin Robinson for our daughter’s 8 year wellness visit. The amount of time and care that she took to just sit down with us and go over our daughter’s growth patterns and any other concerns I had, just blew me away! Won’t take Medacade unless it’s a foster child what makes the difference it’s all Medacade very poor service and Medacade office should take them off there list and stop paying altogether never heard of such a thing in my life
