Very nice and professional staff
My son is about to turn 16 and Dr. Huggins has been his pediatrician since birth. When he was 15 months old (why I didn't write a review before now I don't know) he came down with Bell's Palsy, with the right side of his face paralyzed. I went to the ER, then called Dr. Huggins, hysterical. (The ER said it was Lyme's Disease!) Use caution if you do allergy testing at @PineyWoods Pediatrics in Nacogdoches. We’ve seen Dr. Huggins since our girls were babies and love her care, but after our last well visit in February, I feel misled and frustrated with how the billing was handled for allergy testing. At the visit, Dr. Huggins recommended allergy testing, which they now offer in-office. I asked about the cost. Rosa, the office manager, said it usually falls under the copay. This is hands down the best pediatrician that we have ever been to (I wish Kristen could be my doctor lol) she was so carrying and patient with our 11 year old he left the office after a check up and shots and my son actually wanted to make another appointment!!! Thank you to Kristen and the whole team !!!!
