Only getting one star because you can not give zero. These people were unprofessional, lacked any knowledge of the routines within the facility (calls and visitations), couldn’t tell me how my son was when I called (would say, I don’t know I am about to leave), and not organized procedures. The clinical director, Antoine Jackson, called after I asked for my son to be transferred to another facility and spoke to me so horribly, he’s been reported.
