Seems like the only way to get the attention or help from this place is by writing a bad review so they actually pay attention. I moved out a week ago and still had packages being delivered to my old address, including important ones that couldn’t be redirected on time. In our pursuit to choose a new residence, we ultimately ended up going with another complex that's closer to my job (we're in Ellicott City, and I work in Gaithersburg). However, one of our potential prospects was Piney Ridge, and in just viewing this property, this quaint community blew us away! The people in the complex were extremely friendly! Brittany, I can over look you rolling your eyes at me and looking me up and down like the BULLY YOU ARE!! You used to be cool. So far I know including myself 3 people that have cried after leaving the office with you! The way you treated a 90 year old man who happens to live in the complex for over 7 years who came in to help me was ABSOLUTELY SICK, APPALLING, DIABOLICAL, UNCALLED FOR, AND JUST PLAIN NASTY!!!
