I stopped by Piney Ridge apartments and fell in love with these townhomes. I met Brittany and she was very helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I was on the wait list. I felt so comfortable talking with her. She was a delight and made me feel so welcome.
I’m giving this place 2 stars because I don’t think it’s fair to overlook the nice people who work here, like the maintenance staff and the former secretary, Dakota. However, a single person’s bad behavior can change everything and today I had one of the worst customer service experiences that left me in tears. One of the staff members, Britany, is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in this country. I LOVE this place. It is easily the best living experience I have ever had. I moved in March 2024 and it is now October 2024 and every day I'm thankful for living here. I was told I'd have to wait 6 months to move in and they were right about that, in 6 months my unit was ready for me. Everyone is friendly, from my neighbors to the maintenance. workers to the leasing office. This is the best community I have lived in. They truly care and are always helpful and that is rare! I think the leasing office and maintenance staff are wonderful and love living here. The home is beautiful and has all the conveniences you could want nearby.
