Brittany, I can over look you rolling your eyes at me and looking me up and down like the BULLY YOU ARE!! You used to be cool. So far I know including myself 3 people that have cried after leaving the office with you! The way you treated a 90 year old man who happens to live in the complex for over 7 years who came in to help me was ABSOLUTELY SICK, APPALLING, DIABOLICAL, UNCALLED FOR, AND JUST PLAIN NASTY!!! Piney Ridge has been a wonderful community for my family and I so far. The leasing process was very good and everyone has been so nice. The maintenance team is quick and very helpful. There are good amenities like the trash pick up service, playground, dog park, dumpsters, maintenance, lawn care, etc. It is very quiet and neighbors have been kind so far. We are looking forward to the rest of our time here at Piney Ridge
We have lived here for 11 years now and it's been a great place to live the staff are awesome, the maintenance crew are right there if you ever have an issue. The neighborhood is a pretty quiet place and always well maintained. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent.
The maintenance staff is outstanding. Once you put a ticket in, within 24 hours the problem is resolved. They are friendly and professional.
Beautiful place to call home! Safe and affordable. Great staff and maintenance ticket turn around is quick and efficient. Schools are great and the location is near all kinds of shopping :) Neighbors have been a blessing too and events (in the neighborhood and outside the neighborhood) are very family friendly.
