I have had a lot there for years. Now the property owners assoc. Is basically in default they aren't keep up anything bathrooms and pools and so forth they want your money and that's all they want.
Where I live now it's real quiet and no one really bothers you but occasion people may walk around but other than that you could go to the lake and swim and it's just beautiful to also see nature in your yard we saw a couple deer once in our yard and I love how you can hear the squirrels and the birds and everything like that it's real peaceful
I really don't like that you could go fishing at the lake in piney Creek and also it's really nice and quiet no one really bothers you and you can hear how nature is and listen to all the birds the squirrels you may get friendly visits from deer and raccoons butt but I do like swimming down at the lake with my family but everybody's experience is different
