If I could leave a negative 100 (****) as the rating, I would. This apartment complex and this company (in general) are disgusting slumlords. I moved back to ******** to assist my sick mom, who eventually passed. I ended up becoming my mentally handicap brother. We moved into Pinewoods Village in March of this year. Eventually, I moved my wife and son up here as well. After that, every month that we lived there from March to October. Between that time, our DTE **** ranged from $300 to over $400 each month for a 3 bedroom apa... read more
