Pinewood is a good community and I love my apartment and the residents I have met.I have never had problems from the management but have noticed their are some residents do not participate in very activities planned,they complain about various things and the management are working to do the best they can with work orders,Old saying you cannot please everyone.I love the recent management Mrs.Cummings and Ms.Glover and the maintenance Mr. Billy they all likes to participate in events given and will listen to complaints as they... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The office manager Tanisha Cummings was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, they spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel unwelcome. What should have been a simple interaction turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience because of their behavior. The office manager and her assistant are the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever dealt with. I would normally chalk it up to someone having an off or bad day, but it has been on every single interaction with them. They keep changing the rules to qualify, have every excuse in the book as to why someone won’t qualify, and discourage someone with a disability because “other tenants” complain and would not like it.
