Margarita an excellent property manager, good communication and understandable person.
I don’t live here but I live down the street from them. The tenants there double parked on rose ave and decides they can park on highland from rose ave without a parking permit making us with permits parked further down highland. They need to stop parking like they are entitled to park anywhere they want.
This was my very first apartment after moving out on my own! I enjoyed my 2+yr stay here. Rose Dr. is right off Tustin Ave, a major street running right through the heart of Orange so you are very near fast food, grocery shopping, dry cleaners, gas stations, and anything else you need. I lived here from 1986-1988. It looks renovated but the location remains the same.
