I lived here for three years, and maintenance never truly fixed anything—just quick “band-aid” repairs. They also knock on your door without notice almost every week to check for leaks. There have been two burglaries during my time here. The blinds are extremely cheap, and if they break, you’re charged immediately. It doesn’t matter how well you care for your apartment—when your lease ends, expect false charges tacked onto your bill
My husband and I were looking for a place ASAP, and manager, Esmeralda, was quick to help! She is extremely nice, welcoming, and is making process very easy. Community seems very peaceful and quiet.

Esmerelda was so helpful since day one and always replied back in seconds, never had any issues and property was always clean and quiet, definitely would recommend.
