UPDATE: I’m changing my 5 stars to three because of MOLD. Im only giving this a “high” rating because the staff are awesome. This is definitely not their fault and it’s more the company’s problem because they don’t want to spend the money to fix anything. I also still loved my apartment and was here for 2 years and would have stayed if it weren’t for the mold. They never truly fixed the issue and painted over it with mold paint. They also said I should’ve been opening the windows but I’ve never had this issue in all my time ... read more
Best part of living here is that I FEEL SAFE
Pinewood Terrace Apartment is not for me due to how much Apartments are today. Jennifer who is management will talk with you and assist u with issues. She is a kind lady. Also our handyman does alot for all us who live here.
I do not recommend living in this accommodation. It has been the worst experience I’ve had. The apartments are very old, with outdated appliances, damp conditions, and a heating system that doesn’t work and gives off a terrible smell. The property manager ( Jennifer ) is extremely uncooperative,the worst rude and disrespectful.rarely in the office, often keeps the door shut when present, and ignores maintenance requests.
