Friendly neighbors, peaceful community, and the manager is very nice and professional
Came fast to fix dishwasher no problems now.
I recently had a maintenance issue. Adam, was quick to solve the issue. He was kind and took the time to explain the process.
Great place to live and great community. It’s very quiet for an apartment complex and feels more like living in a duplex since you don’t have any neighbors above or below you. Nice private patio space as well. Maintenance and management have been great and promptly responded to and questions or concerns we have had during our time here and always communicate well with residents. I truely feel at home after living here for 10 years . I especially love the beautiful fir trees nearby and the lawns 🌳 . Easy access to the stores nearby also is a huge plus . ( some history here ) Boone Rd is named after Danial Boones Grandson , who came to Salem in a horse drawn wagon with his family , on their way to the portland area .
