Run down,
Manager is wonderful, and cares a lot about residents! Maintenance is on top of anything you request. They're very busy, but always take care of business! Peaceful apartment living for the most part, and lots of great kids.
Everything is cheap and they charge you for everything and make it seem like it’s your fault , maintenance does a poor job on work orders and leave their mess for you to clean up. Management is horrible and so is maintenance. Don’t not move here I wouldn’t recommend at all.
