Pinewood WAS a decent place too live especially considering the cheap rent BUT at the start of this new year (2024) we unfortunately got taken over by north terrace property management. And good lord these people do not give a rats behind about their tenants unless (to what it seems from their reviews) you are a property owner or pay rent at a more expensive place. Just the blatant ignoring of tenants is GROSS. I really hope NTP catches a lawsuit. Enough is ENOUGH. I will not be renewing my lease and since my TIME and MONEY ... read more

I only lived at Pinewood for a few months. It was a mixed bag. Good: - Most of the residents are friendly. - The laundry facility is clean and convenient. - There’s a taco truck almost always parked at the church nearby, it’s quite tasty. - I never felt I needed to worry about the safety of myself or my property. - The balcony/porches are nice. - The price is decent for the location. Bad: - The dumpster is full of raccoons. Big and loud. - I-35 is noisy. - The walls are so thin that I could hear my next door neighbor’s D&D c... read more
Not shur about this place. Rent starts cheep. Than you are out after 5 years. What was 350 is now a none renewal. So . J
