I reserved my unit online and had no issues accessing it on day one. The instructions were clear, everything was easy to navigate, and the unit was clean when I arrived. BEWARE: SHADY PLACE. Count your days Pinewoods Storage. I’m sick and tired of the gate not working half the time and wasting several trips. I’m suing you guys. Not only that, you guys have the audacity to add a foreign lock to my storage locker. I’m always up to date with my payments. $115 dollars for dog shit. I currently have no access to my storage locker. I’ve called several times and no answer.
