I only give them one star because I can make a comment. I would not send my dog to this place or any of my enemies. they let my friend lie for five hours with a broke femur. Then when she got to the hospital, they still had control over until they admitted her to the hospital. Thank God they did that or she would’ve got the help that she needed.

Whoever answers the phones could use an attitude adjustment from management. Very rude and disrespectful. Arguing and raising thier voice at me about my questions just to transfer me to someone that politely and respectfully answered my question right away. Getting info on loved ones will be very difficult and frustrating. Everyone seems to be to busy to talk to patient family and we got not one call returned all week. Just kept calling till we get the person we needed to talk to to get answers.

Later, when I called the fa... read more

This *hospital* will not meet your dietary requirements if you have GI issues/limitations and require alternative foods and supplements (me), or have other health issues. I knew of 3 other people on my unit, two who definitely had more serious requirements, and they weren’t getting those health needs met. Staff just kept saying no, but ... read more
