During this Sunday's snowfall, the cleanup was a disaster; they only came to clear the snow once, and the parking lots are still covered in snow.
The office staff is unsupportive and does nothing to assist in time. 1) You have to call at least 10 times to get respond. 2) The washing machine is always broken. 3) You can not sit in the living room and watch TV because of AC/Heat ventilation is so loud. Does not suggest to rent from here.
Do not live here; it is very hard to find parking, making it to the point where you have to adjust your life to find parking at night. We have also had rodent infestations for multiple years. The office staff is unsupportive and does nothing to assist you. The handymen also dont like doing there job, so good luck getting things fixed.
