My mother-in-law who is 73 yrs old, suffers from COPD, is on an oxygen machine 24/7, and has multiple health conditions is currently staying in this apartment complex. Due to unforeseen circumstances; she has been living by herself for a few weeks. My husband and I have been visiting her every day , twice a day to take care of her needs.
