They don’t keep up on the park but keep upping rent. They will not deal with ANYTHING regarding neighbors, tells you to call the cops (even I’ve very minor things). I had to get a security camera to feel safe. Also, when you move out, they will make up things to lower your deposit returns. Emily, you and I both know that my cat didn’t have fleas and you charged me 200 for “an infestation”. Also, that wasn’t cat litter on the floor, it was diatomaceous earth for the ants that run the unit.
