Nathan was great to work with. He let me know everything he was doing. He came out the day after I called for the appointment. I would definitely recommend him!
Nathan was very thorough. I had many questions and he took the time to go over everything with me. I had an inspection done on my last home purchase, with another company, and the difference was night and day. The other inspector wouldn’t even discuss things with me. He just said, you will get my report. I will Not use any other inspector again! Pinewood is the go to from now on!! Thank you Nathan for such a great experience! You were honest in you recommendations which helped me make the best decision!
Nathan was terrific he did a thorough inspection and noted every detail for us. We knew all of the possible problems and items to budget for in the future. He is highly professional, I would absolutely recommend his service.
Shayla and Nathan were great to work with. Called in the morning, scheduled an inspection for the afternoon on the same day. Nathan was very thorough and responsive. I highly recommend Pinewood Inspections!
Pinewood was fantastic! Easy (and quick) to schedule with, and I enjoyed working with Nathan. He was professional, punctual, and did a great job getting us a thorough report quickly.
