Nathan was awesome. He was on time and did a fantastic job of explaining everything about the home. His report was full of quality pictures and great recommendations on how to address issues that may need replacing or repair. Shayla was professional on the phone and explained to us what to expect. I would have no hesitation on recommending Pinewood Inspection to anyone who needs a home inspection from a licensed inspector who has years of experience and knowledge.

I love that this is a family business and being a long time realtor in the area we are very careful with who we use as an inspector or who we recommend to our clients. Nathan is amazing and is very knowledgeable. Our clients have been very happy with his expertise and overall ability to explain things. His wife Shayla is excellent and helps on the operations side. I would 100% recommend this company!

Pinewood and Nathan the inspector were awesome. I used them prior to my closing and just this week for the 1 year warranty. They were very thorough and found several issues that the builder will now resolve. Definitely will use them again

Nathan and Chris were both professional and thorough! I was greeted with friendliness and excitement to help with my home inspection needs.
