Nathan was very thorough. I had many questions and he took the time to go over everything with me. I had an inspection done on my last home purchase, with another company, and the difference was night and day. The other inspector wouldn’t even discuss things with me. He just said, you will get my report. I will Not use any other inspector again! Pinewood is the go to from now on!! Thank you Nathan for such a great experience! You were honest in you recommendations which helped me make the best decision!
