The checkin clerk, doubling as a cleaning person (I assume, an owner), walked into my room without knocking, 1 hour before the checkout time, while I was sleeping, and instead of immediately apologizing and disappearing, lectured me that I "have to check out no later than" the checkout time. That's some nerve! Total disregard for privacy and comfort of clients.
