I had an absolutely terrible experience with Pinewood Heating and Air Conditioning LTD and its owner, Joe. If you’re considering working with this company, I strongly urge you to think twice. The technicians initially told me my unit needed to be replaced. However, Joe refused to authorize a replacement and kept insisting on "quick fixes" by swapping out parts. My experience with Pinewood HVAC has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past four months, I’ve been dealing with an unresolved hot water tank leak that has caused significant water damage to my home. Despite five separate service visits during this time, the issue was never properly addressed. To make matters worse, I was left without heat or hot water for over a week. I just wanted to say thank you to Joe who's the owner of Pinewood who spent a considerable amount of time trying to find me the right air conditioner and was patient enough to answer all my questions. It's nice to know there are still places that offer a little TLC to their customers.
