My boyfriend and I have been living here for a little over 2 years now, and this complex is next to none. The neighbors are kind and quiet, and the ladies on the property management team (notably Rosena and Monique) are so caring to every single need that we have had since we have signed the lease. We have lived here at Pinewood Estates for 2 months and I have had only positive interactions with the management as well as the maintenance technicians. They are all friendly, respectful, and very willing to help when necessary. This is a lovely community and I hope it remains the same.

I moved in March 2021 and I had to move out in September for personal issues. What I can say they treated us super good. And the best thing the manager she was so nice to us that she even refund us the deposit. We had to leave before our lease ended. No every place does this things when people leave before the lease ends. But anyway we also gave them 60 days notice. Everything was fine the Apt was in very good conditions 2 bed 2 bath for a reasonably rent price since it’s Long Island NY.
