I read reviews about good service and fast service and wonder where is it. I have a refrigerator gasket that needs to be replaced since Jan 8 it is now the end of January still no service. I ordered the gasket myself and I am taking care of it like many of the other things I have repaired myself because it is a lot faster. Maybe we need a couple more maintained people if we have to much work.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for a little over 2 years now, and this complex is next to none. The neighbors are kind and quiet, and the ladies on the property management team (notably Rosena and Monique) are so caring to every single need that we have had since we have signed the lease. The cost of rent is reasonable considering the location, and the maintenance team is there immediately when we need something. We have lived here at Pinewood Estates for 2 months and I have had only positive interactions with the management as well as the maintenance technicians. They are all friendly, respectful, and very willing to help when necessary. This is a lovely community and I hope it remains the same.
