I am a new tenant at Pinewood Estates. I recently downsized from a house to an apartment. I was feeling uneasy with this change, and was unsure if this would be a good decision to make for me and my family. I’m a current resident at Pinewood Estates Apartment Complex. I have been residing here for approximately 2 years. I was not impressed when I first moved here since the complex was under a different management. There’s a new Manager, Julia and there’s been a positive change!! Since Julia has been overseeing everything, the front office stiff are more professional and responsive!! The maintenance of the complex is being taken care of and concerns are being addressed. The office staff and maintenance were welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of big projects going on to improve the community.
