Email was sent from management on Friday stating they could not accept online rent payments. That was such a late notice, I could not leave work to make it to the bank for a cashiers check. Saturdays my bank is closed. I am writing this on Sunday. Tomorrow I will have to miss work meaning i’m losing out on money just to go to the bank for a cashiers check to pay rent. I expect to receive a late rent fee now. This is ridiculous.
I am writing this review to warn potential residents about the appalling lack of professionalism, hostile behavior, and severe habitability issues at Pinewood Estates. For over 60 days, management has failed to address ongoing maintenance issues that represent direct violations of basic health and safety standards. Do not move here. Worst place I ever lived. 7 months of renovation and still counting. Closet destroyed. Bathroom destroyed. Kitchen destroyed. Floor destroyed by renovation. Renovations should make it better but nope. They actually made my place worse after renovation. Maintenance wont fix issues and just closes tickets. Reporting them to city.
Move here if you want your electricity turned off from 8am to 8pm. Currently 8:20 pm AND STILL NO POWER!! This is the second time I had to call into work because I work from home!!!! Now we have people saying that the electricity wont be on until 11 pm tonight! This is so infuriating, they need to get their shit together!
Horrible place to live. German roaches all over the place even when clean. Now as of recently they been doing 8am-8pm power outages and today being one of them it’s now going over an hour passed the time they said it would be on. Food in our fridges is going bad and we are having to grocery shop all over again. They aren’t even taking it off the rent!
