I lived here for 3yrs had no problems while living there. No the Apts are not the best for the price but liveable. On the day I was moving out claimed they were too busy to do a walk thru. Now here it is 2 yrs later and sending me a bill. I left the apt in better condition than I found it. Never late with my rent. I took videos of the apt since they wouldn't do a walk thru. I was a model Tennant and now I'm receiving this crap if anything they owe me.
The maintenance crew at Pineville Place Apartments are very professional! Work orders are completed the same day! They are very good at what they do.
