We needed a new veterinarian and I asked for recommendations and Pineville Pet Hospital came highly recommended. We brought in our sweet girl on a Monday and Dr. Toal was our doctor. We explained what was going on with Daisy and the most important thing was she listened to us. Our girl was around 14-15 years old. Our granddogs and cats all go to Pineville pet hospital when they need care. They have always been well taken care of.
The receptionist is very rude. I don't have a cell phone (this is the only place of business that *requires* you to have one) and I was treated like a second class citizen. I called ahead to let them know I don't have a cellphone. Then when I got there a woman was nice enough to let me borrow hers and I was constantly berated because I didn't follow a "policy" I could have had no way of knowing. I just love the doctors n staff. They took such good care of Gracie and was very kind an supportive to me while Gracie had her surgery
I just switched to this Veterinarian and loved my first visit.... Manning, our sweet Maltese did too. I felt very comfortable with the vet, he took his time with us, and the overall price was great- especially for the quality of service that we received!
