STAY AWAY!!! Ever since sun communities bought this place it is becoming high crime. Businesses in the area are complaining and wanting to relocate because of Pineview. They let anyone move in here. The police have said it is getting very bad in Pineview. We've lived here 12 years and I'm so sad what this place is becoming. Nothing but break ins, stealing, gun shots, speeding, loud music, etc. Just trash. This place used to be so nice and safe.
Never, Never move here. I have nothing problems. Call the office and went and talk to them, still nothing done. And when you call and talk to them they act like your the problem, Really. The front of the park is nice, but take a ride in the back, they tell me......

I say in 122 and trying to move this pace dont give a fuck about people that stay here all they give about is the money dont move here it a joke my van got fuck up bec of this pace i dont give a shit about this pace they let any one move in niw from flint that y it so bad
