I have lived at Pineview apartments for about 1 week so far. My experience with Aspen management so far has been fairly good. No major issues, although I was hoping to hear from Aspen management sooner than we did regarding our move-in, we were able to reach out and easily take care of the details. The hallways in the building could really use new carpet/flooring and the windows need to be replaced pretty badly. The apartment itself has decent flooring, new carpet, and a fresh coat of paint. Not a bad place could use some updates ..windows are old and drafty
The apartments are pretty good, maintenance can take a while to respond to requests if they aren’t urgent. Not terrible but you will be waiting a while. Things have definitely been looking up over the last couple years.
Since new management took over, things seem to be going well with the Pineview apartments. The Maintenance (Scott) is friendly and very helpful, and he has taken care of every issue in a punctual manner!
It's a nice place to live, I live in 800 and have never had any roaches
