My apartment get water on heavy rain
They are sad,emergency number is a lie,no one never reply. They need to do better
The parking for resident is terrible and you have to park down the hill from your apt especially at night when it dark.
If I were allowed to not give them a star that’s exactly how it would be. I moved there July of 2019 and would consider myself a great tenant. I never had any issues with other people, I kept the inside and outside of my apartment neat, and never had a problem paying rent. In June of 2020 the landlord Teresa tried putting me out for vandalism saying she had me on camera doing. She then switched it and says that I was seen giving the guys spray paint outside.
