The landlord is terrible. He doesn’t care whatsoever about us, and he believes his rundown properties are “presentable.” Make sure to record all verbal conversations because he makes promises he doesn’t keep. Our apartment had black residue all over the walls, was not cleaned, and when asked for inspection papers he tried to convince us to pay for our own inspection. Terrible.
Loves to bribe people to write positive reviews. Thanks for the $20 and you still owe us pizza.
Sometimes the circuit board trips because of over power getting sent to it. It takes time to figure out how to understand and get by this issue, but Bob is always there on short notice if we ever need the circuit to be reset. He is definitely reliable and has answers to questions which is an important quality for a landlord to have.
We rented from Bob in the same apartment for the last three years. He gave us our space, and there was mutual respect in the relationship. He was always ready to help us out & resolved many issues within our unit. He treated us to pizza many times! We love bob!!!!
Leased for a year and never had any issues! I recommend to anyone looking for student housing!
