Do not rent from this place . None of the amenities work . On their web page they advertise a pool, a dog walking park, workout room and laundry facilities. The pool hasn't been open in years, The dog walking park hasn't been open in years, the laundry room I'm pretty sure has homeless people living in it and the workout room is the size of a closet. Seems like a sham. Take your $350 application fee & tell you you cant qualify because you are retired even though you have ******************** over?$50000 & that you have to have payroll over 3 times the rent. Employees there all live ********* dont think they all make over $4,000 monthly. Wouldnt refund any money.

****** and ******** are the ABSOLUTE MOST disrespectful employees I’ve ever seen in my life! ****** was very short with us for a whole month regarding the condition of the apartment and any questions we had! I have mold around my window and they still haven't sent the maintenance ppl to come check.
They don't handle maintenance requests in time. Maintenance requests sometimes take a month to resolve. Conservice Utility which will prepare utility bills for hickory creek has worst customer service ever. They don't even respond or acknowledge to emails and ready to resolve any requests from Tenants.
I have never seen such a poor excuse for a slum run apartment community such as Pinetree Apartments. The management is out of touch with reality when they believe that a paying tenant can go without air conditioning in 90 degree heat for approx. one month. The owners of this property should be ashamed to be associated with such a company that puts profit above its paying tenants and has poorly trained staff that has no idea how to even approach the repair of an air conditioning unit. This complex is for NO ONE to live in. I have been jailed at Glenwood Vista under the old property management and was there a short time after Broadtree bought the property. I have 3 children that I constantly kept in the ER for mold and mildew inhalation. My guest bathroom ceiling FELL DOWN and underneath was just black mold and mildew covered with thick layers of white paint. I had buckets in my bathroom for days.
