I have never seen such a poor excuse for a slum run apartment community such as Pinetree Apartments. The management is out of touch with reality when they believe that a paying tenant can go without air conditioning in 90 degree heat for approx. one month. The owners of this property should be ashamed to be associated with such a company that puts profit above its paying tenants and has poorly trained staff that has no idea how to even approach the repair of an air conditioning unit.
