So I recieved a letter saying that my lease would soon be up if I chose to do month to month it would be 1010 a month ...they were aware that I was buying a house I told them over the phone when the closing date was expected a while later they said I didn't give a 30 day notice so they were charging me the 1010 for december rent even though iam not there .they were aware and I never said I was staying past my lease so based off these reviews I didn't super ckean the rental and I didn't do carpets because I don't expect them ... read more
