Disappointed with A/C and heat not working properly. Building is terribly old and not well maintained...not due to the management here in Jackson; but due to First Housing Corporation---the company who owns the property. They do not keep this property habitable. Terrible, because this is subsidized housing, and we can't afford to find a decent place to live.
I've been living here at Pineshore too long to count. I love my apartmenthome and wouldn't go anywhere else. the Staff is always there to help me when ever i need it and maintemance is the best they are always on top of things.
