The Pines of Wilmington really did me and my family wrong during Hurricane Florence.Me and my family left and went somewhere else to stay because i knew my apt would flood.Sure knew when we return my apt was flooded.I had to kick the door in i reported to the office the told me to call fema.I did reported to fema.The only thing fema wanted was a letter from the office stated my apt had flooded Not once did they came to look at my apt i had pictures.The pines was responsible for me and my kids not being able to receive help f... read more

Monument Real Estate Services... where do I begin? It's clear that this is a company driven solely by profits for itself and its investors, despite its website's proclamation that it provides "a true sense of home and community" for its residents. I know this because I was a resident at one of their properties. very comfortable living, i have an upper apartment with glass slider, big kitchen, nice size living room, come visit me, i welcome friends and of course i welcome all Christians. My place is my Humble Abode. P.S. good looking woman are also welcome but only one at a time, ha ha

I've been a resident for several years. I am pleased with them as a place of residence. There are issues but they have to be created somewhere. Can there be some improvements? Of course. But not just with staff. The residents have a role to play as well. This is our community to make sure it is comforting to us all. Thanks for caring.
