Homes Are Magnificent!! Community is a hidden treasure..a must see.
Can’t speak about the amenities or HOA, just here doing some irrigation for a client, but this is a beautiful small subdivision with very large lots. You’re definitely not on top of your neighbor and I love that the developer didn’t clear out all the trees like so many do. Would be thrilled to come back if anyone reading this needs pavers or irrigation. My partner and I do excellent work! Reliable, responsible, and reasonable!! 479 502 64eight one
There are probably no more subdivisions left like this one! with large beautiful lots, decent HOA, and realistic covenants!
