So what do you get for 1500/month???? -Paperthin walls, you can hear the neighbor fart. -rodents, neighbors will leave garbage at thier door outside overnight, and sometimes for days on end. Instead of walking 20 feet to the dumpster. This attracts rodents not just to their door. -parking issues, legal limit is two to a room, its been maxed here in some units. sadly each person has a car and not enough spots. Great place to live. Office staff are quick to send maintenance to repair issues or address any problems, and they're very helpful with transfers to other areas. I've been a Boardwalk renter for 16 years, and I won't move anywhere else, but I recommend giving Boardwalk a try.

Walls are paper thin, your view is your neighbors window, and if you complain about noise, count on gaslighting and denial from management. -Anne-Sophie mngt is already aware. Thanks for the empty apologie. My expectation of peace in my home is more than reasonable. Having to place complaints about the same thing for weeks or months is unreasonable.
