Very old and cheap building. Lots of leaks. Laundry broken all the time. Not enough parking and dungeon like with everything crammed and hear all the neighbors.

I've lived here for 5 years and the water shuts off every 1-4 months also, the pools where filled with trash, and why do you need a key to get in to the pool and hot tub, well not the hot anymore🥳🥳🥳, and usually the hot tub is broken, the laundry is usually broken, and when it came out the clothes were still wet and dirty. And some reason the ceiling was broken.

Worst apartments I’ve lived in at UCSD. Water shuts off between 9am-3pm every other month, sometimes they literally forget to put up a notice. I’ve only lived here for 6 months and they forgot to notify our building twice. The garbage truck can be heard at 6-7am every couple days through the windows. The garbage bin is a hike from the apartment, located at the far end of the building. My laundry had never been properly cleaned. The machines are dated and smell sour.
