I loved this little hotel! It was quiet, clean & perfect with the mini kitchen suite we booked. Everyone at the front desk was so nice. They had a water bottle refill station we utilized before heading out each morning, coffee & oatmeal. Ice machine worked great. We didn’t end up at the pool but it looked nice! What a great spot! Our family of 4 came for one night on our way through town. The overall exterior appearance of the inn looked nice & well kept. The room was great, with clean/nice bedding & bathroom facilities. The front desk young man called us a few hours ahead of our arrival to check in on our arrival time, and when we got there, even though it was late- he helped us unlock the charger so we could charge our car after a long drive. Stayed here for a night while traveling through the area. Hotel was great, rooms clean location was perfect. What impressed me the most was the young man at the counter. We stopped because of the proximity to Sedona and we had an event there we were attending. When we went to check in, the young man told us that there was "cool things in Cottonwood too." This place was so cute and clean. The room was thoughtfully set up with plenty of towels, lamps, charging ports etc. Even a cute little makeup mirror and a light! There was a desk to sit at and a TV with the channel for friends! We were 2 minutes from the verde railroad and so close to all the shops/restaurants. The service was great, really happy with Staysen! He was so sweet, very attentive and welcoming. Would stay again for sure 😊
