Jordan the manager is useless. Living conditions are horrible and they do not care. Maintenance people forget to lock your door after they are done. Not to mention they leave your apartment a mess when they do finally arrive. It takes forever since they have a shortage of maintenance people. Stay away if you know what’s good for you this community has horrible living conditions
So lesson learned dealing with #pinesattuttlecrossing . We signed the lease on 9/15 and was welcomed home with this stained, smelly and mildewed carpet from when the frig leaked prior to our move in. After battling with them for 10 days, we finally got the carpet replaced. It took another week for the mold to be cleaned up. Now they're refusing to credit us for the days we couldn't move in. This place is awful. We love the layout to apartment, but the property owner and staff are disrespectful. Pat (owner) knocks on residents doors whenever she feels like just to complain. The office staff does not primarily speak English. The managers and staff don't answer the phone, don't return emails, calls, or requests. The staff has no idea what they are doing. There is no communication or professionalism at The Pines. Be ware.
