I lived here for a year with my partner and our dog. It was our first apartment right out of college and it was a great experience. We moved here from Texas and heard great recommendations about this complex because of how good Tonti Properties is run. I’m glad we listened! We ended up moving out of this apartment because I got a job all the way in Boulder, but we would’ve easily renewed our lease if I hadn’t. I lived here before from 2018-2022, left the state, and recently moved back. I wanted to come back here because I knew they take great care of the property and the leasing office actually cares about you. Angee Johnson was who i worked with and she made everything so easy for me. Move in was so simple and she had a minor maintenance issue resolved between the time i got my keys and came back with the next load. Really grateful for her help and to be back here at Pines.
