It's a great place to live with friendly neighbors, office and maintenance staff! It's also safe especially when you hear kids running around playing and laughing! Brings good energy to the area!
I have lived here before a long time ago and recently moved back here in March of 2024. My experience here has been really good! They respond to maintenance requests in lightening speed, they keep the property clean, it’s quiet at night, it’s safe and my apartment is super cute 🥰. The only down side is no in unit laundry. I’ve lived here a long time and the office is quick to respond to issues if any. Love new pool. Neighbors are great and I love living here
Pet owners from these apartments don’t clean after their pets, and this is very unsanitary. Let alone the manager she is very rude,if she doesn’t like you she will do anything in her power to kick you out. The staff don’t do their work properly. If you have complaints be ready to wait 2-3 weeks to get a respond or nothing at all. My experience here was horrible and do not recommend at all!! Also, make sure to not leave trash in the pool area or else they will give you a fine.
