My experience with the current management and maintenance team at The Pines at Carolina Place has been very positive. The team has been professional, responsive, and consistent with follow-up. Service and maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Something that especially stands out to me is the care this team has shown its residents beyond simply managing the property. I don't understand the other nasty reviews left from the past because from what I've seen, this place is absolutely beautiful, the buildings and the landscape...Cat is such a sweet and positive person as well as other staff I have encountered that have shown me kindness and respect. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Pines at Carolina Place. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The amenities and grounds are kept in great condition, and the atmosphere truly feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s a great place to call home, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for quality living in the area.
"Expect to be harassed by unidentified 'staff' who don't wear uniforms or badges. I was recently confronted by a large man in plain clothes who used profanity and acted in a physically intimidating manner. When I went to the office to report the harassment, management (Danielle) was incredibly unprofessional, made false accusations, and locked me out of the office instead of addressing the employee’s behavior.
