My experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. I don't understand the other nasty reviews left from the past because from what I've seen, this place is absolutely beautiful, the buildings and the landscape...Cat is such a sweet and positive person as well as other staff I have encountered that have shown me kindness and respect. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Pines at Carolina Place. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The amenities and grounds are kept in great condition, and the atmosphere truly feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s a great place to call home, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for quality living in the area.
"Expect to be harassed by unidentified 'staff' who don't wear uniforms or badges. I was recently confronted by a large man in plain clothes who used profanity and acted in a physically intimidating manner. When I went to the office to report the harassment, management (Danielle) was incredibly unprofessional, made false accusations, and locked me out of the office instead of addressing the employee’s behavior. Where to begin, I waited a month after move in to share my experience. Cat and Danielle are awesome, they worked really hard, above and beyond to get us moved in. Dealt with a situation that wasn't theirs to deal with and found solutions. Our apartment was ready for move in, there was no bugs as stated in previous reviews, I see the guys on golf carts picking up trash every morning, Cat always lets my spouse and I know whenever there's fresh baked goods and veggies at the office available for pickup.
