The manager was very helpful and she gave e a tour. I had heard bad things about this place before but it looks cleaner and I like the pools. I am moving to FL from NY and the apartment I toured looks pretty good. The manager provided me with information and was very kind. Thanks Marisol for the help and the tour
I see lots of improvement since the new management has taken over within our community. We have all had the same issues but new manager is really caring and listens and is active. The place is getting better the pools are open
I like the new team
The new management is doing a great job! They are very attentive to any issues or concerns regarding the tenants & property. The new maintenance men have also addressed many requests & works orders without delay. They have been staying on top of everything around the property so far.
The new manager is doing great things on the property! Her name is Marisol and she drives the property every morning I see her, my work order was completed fast, and I heard they are opening the pools now! The place looks cleaner. They answer the phones now. I see good changes.
