This place is horrible! The new people in office are very unprofessional ever since they came things been all over the place all they want is ur money they not affordable I had mold growing in my bathroom for half the time staying here ! Place is small I have a one bedroom they charge me 1500 plus I have to pay for my own lights! 1600 for a small square apartment plus if u have a pet it’s $35 or w.e a month thn groceries! The manager was very helpful and she gave e a tour. I had heard bad things about this place before but it looks cleaner and I like the pools. I am moving to FL from NY and the apartment I toured looks pretty good. The manager provided me with information and was very kind. Thanks Marisol for the help and the tour
I see lots of improvement since the new management has taken over within our community. We have all had the same issues but new manager is really caring and listens and is active. The place is getting better the pools are open
