Sketchy neighborhood, everyone is nosey, come outside to a parking lot Full of cops watching them pull shot guns from their trunk to "delivery boys" walking to close for comfort right by me and and our space. ******OH SO HOW BOUT TODAY 3/19/2025 THEY PUT EVICTIONS NOTICE ON EVERY BODYS DOOR EXCEPT THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE STATING WE ALL OWE MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKES DO NOT MOVE HERE READ THE REVIEWS YOU WILL REGRET IT NO pool NO gate NO bbq NONE OF WHATS LISTED ON WEBSITE office staff is very sarcastic they DO RAISE RENT for things like water and cable when lease says it’s INCLUDED they take FOREVER to fix thing YES ITS GHETTO HORRIBLE NASTY would I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE *{NOPE}*

Won't give me my security deposit back .Been since end of July . Anyone else had that problem.Has anybody else want to go in and use the pines apartment in palm bay to get their security deposit back .Need to get out monies back from these people 🤬🤬🤬
