Made a call and 15 minutes later a knock at my door and issue was fixed within an hour.
We recently applied to this facility and were accepted through their underwriting process. We paid $1600 for a deposit on top of the application fees. Just for them to reconsider and tell us they’ll mail a check. So now we are currently our $1600 as we wait for them to send us that back. We have asked them in writing to send it back electronically as it will take longer for them to cut a check and mail it and we are still now looking for a place to live.
