The new management is doing much better at responding to tenant concerns and needs than previous years. The response has been immediately administered and a most welcome change! It is a very nice property.,
Usually when I have a problem, the issue is taken care of quickly. My main source of dissatisfaction is the rise in rent EVERY TIME my lease is renewed! It’s getting to the point that I may no longer be able to afford to live here. I love this location and the fact that I have two bedrooms for when I have family come visit. I’m just very concerned that I may have to move in the near future. I have a good job and I often wonder how others can afford to live here. Great place. Clean and safe and the manager was very good to me.
I met with the leasing office last week & was impressed with the knowledge & friendliness. The apt. feature I enjoyed most are the balconies. The rent ws resonble. The units I saw were in good shape, some updated, some evidently set for future updates. I did however, find a condo to purchase after I had seen these apts. I would definitely consider the Pines in the future as needed.
All items in my service requests were taken care of the in a timely fashion. Everything is working well. Thank you!
