To start, these are older apartments and have seen better days. Besides ripped up carpet, water marks around the sky lights, scuff marks on the linoleum, urine stains in the bathroom and smell that I could not get rid of for six months; my apartment had a water leak, outside, that remained unfixed up until I moved.
