I will never go there again. just got the tree on Sunday for $83 and they charge to wrap the tree. that's ridiculous. other then that the tree is already looking horrible the needles are just falling off to the touch. I have never in 40 years of life have had such a horrible experience. I'm going to have to by my girls another tree because it will just be sticks by Christmas. I mean it's so bad i have to sweep up all the needles twice a day if not more and we have had the tree for 2 days.
This is my 4th Christmas tree there. I go back for a reason. This Christmas, they said they sold about 300 before we went this past Sunday (Nov 30th). So maybe we got the last bad ones before a new batch came in. Well moving it in the house there will alwayd been pine needles, but is not that it that they were all dry already... was expecting green pine needles everywhere. This tree is already dry. Sad my Tree may not make it till Christmas this year. I am wondering if someone is not watering them
We have been coming to the pinery for years for our Christmas tree. We picked up a tree and when we got home realized it was very dead. I called them up and they let us trade it in for a new one. When we got there it was 8:30 PM and Jose was kind enough to bring out 5 new trees for us to look at. Jose was very kind and had awesome costumer service. We were out of there by 9 with a perfect tree! Love the pinery! And shout out to Jose and Coleman for helping lug the tree onto our car and sending us on our way!
Horrible experience. Arrived on their first opening day this season. There was zero customer service when husband and I were trying to inquire about tree selection or delivery process. Waited 15-30 minutes in line just to get a run around with temp/seasonal staff on tree selection. This was even before we were able to pay the cashier the $100 worth of tree we picked out.
