Horrible experience. Arrived on their first opening day this season. There was zero customer service when husband and I were trying to inquire about tree selection or delivery process. Waited 15-30 minutes in line just to get a run around with temp/seasonal staff on tree selection. This was even before we were able to pay the cashier the $100 worth of tree we picked out. Nice staff. Slim pickens as they are starting to close down. Good deals can be had. Some trees left at discount prices.
