You get what you pay for! We had an issue with the first tree we got from here, and they replaced it with another beautiful tree and a new tree stand for no extra charge. Absolutely amazing, over-the-top customer service and hospitality - we will be back next year!

Service was easy peazy. But I also was here after Thanksgiving. 5 Tips You Need to Know: If you have a stand. Bring it. They'll attach it. If you want that pine fresh smell until New Year's Eve, Douglas is best. If you don't want to pay for netting, bring the blue tarp that is in everybody's garage. The employees and delivery folks are nice enough but charging $65 for delivery to North park, one exit off the 805 to mission valley isn highway robbery. Especially since it was a lot cheaper last year. I would like to just strap the tree down to my car myself but I can't. Sadly, the tradition will come to an end and I'll find a new place
