Service was easy peazy. But I also was here after Thanksgiving. 5 Tips You Need to Know: If you have a stand. Bring it. They'll attach it. If you want that pine fresh smell until New Year's Eve, Douglas is best. If you don't want to pay for netting, bring the blue tarp that is in everybody's garage. The employees and delivery folks are nice enough but charging $65 for delivery to North park, one exit off the 805 to mission valley isn highway robbery. Especially since it was a lot cheaper last year. I would like to just strap the tree down to my car myself but I can't. Sadly, the tradition will come to an end and I'll find a new place

WORST TREE EVER 68 bucks for a Douglas Fir. 1 week later, properly maintained, tree is Drier than an overcooked turkey. Asked if I wanted it netted...I said yes When I went to pay, only to find it cost 3.00 bucks for the net. I have N E V E R BEEN CHARGED FOR THAT. WAS NEVER MENTIONED IT WAS A FEE SERVICE NOW. CASHIER STRAIGHT UP SAID... CAN I ADD A TIP ON YOUR CARD FOR THE CREW... AHH NO HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... WOULD NEVER GO BACK

I've been buying christmas trees from Pinery for 5 years. It's not the most festive location, but if you want a fresh tree for a fair price and efficient, professional service, this is the place.

Prices are very expensive prices are a little better the service was not good we were not allowed to look at the trees you had to have an employee spin it around for you and dude said "don't pick up the trees keep them on the rack they will fall and hurt you" like oh really and they were smoking I didn't like smelling Christmas trees smelling like cigarette smoke and they were smoking pretty close to the trees like not a fire hazard at all 2 stars.
