Dale is a great apartment manager, always quick to respond and address any (of the very few) maintenance requests we had. The complex itself is in a good spot, close to APU and lots of quick food options. It's about a 15 minute walk / 5 minute drive from the APU Gold Line station, which was a big plus for me. Rent is reasonable, community is gated; I never felt unsafe. Definitely worthwhile to check out if you're looking for a place to rent in the area.
