Been going there when I can for the last 17 years. Normally I feel like a family member coming home every time I go. Yesterday was a lot of different faces, Dr. Pinero wasn't there, the amazing Glorimar was busy with a call (but like always called me later to check on me and help with a few questions). I didn't see Kiara there either and the staff who I hadn't seen before didn't seem to know her. Doctors Velez and Piñero run such a loving and professional practice. It’s a place for everyone and the respect and attention to detail by the staff can be experienced at every visit. As a Transgender Woman, I couldn’t imagine going ANYWHERE else for my care.
I've been going to Dr Pinero's office since 2008. A great place to go. If you need anything from the front desk or have any paperwork questions be sure that you ask for Glory Fuentes. She is amazing and an fantastic point of reference. She is kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. She's been with him when many other staff have come and go. Her daughter even worked there for years. Terrible, apathetic staff. You can tell they hate their jobs. Trust your gut and go elsewhere.
