Professional and family-friendly environment
Dr pinero is amazing!!!! He listened to everything and is very patient and understanding!!!! He has helped me for years. Thank you for everything!!!
They claim to be an LGBT clinic, but they treat you like a number and abandon you when you need them the most. They denied me HRT, made me wait for months, and now have no problem charging me $25 for something I never even received. A disgrace, pure indifference. This experience left me stressed and feeling completely ignored when I needed support the most.
A telling sign is the waiting room is often empty. In discussion with several of my friends, he’s getting a bad rep in the LGBT community. Directives are often ambivalent, makes referrals and prescribes medications you don’t need, leaves you waiting in patient room forever (despite aforementioned empty office) and doesn’t apologize for it. He was constantly sending me to have blood drawn.
